Brand identity, bold packaging design, product photography, and marketing tools built to secure national retail placement.

Retail shelves are won before the product arrives. We embedded as Plant to Skin's launch team, engineering brand, content, and packaging for the national stage.

  • National retail placement

With Walmart, Rite Aid, Meijer, and SpartanNash following packaging launch.

  • Nation-wide distribution

Through new retail partnerships built from a single product sample.

  • Dual-audience positioning

Brand resonating with sustainability-conscious and everyday consumers alike.

The Challenge

Launching an unknown soap brand onto national retail shelves.

Place an unknown soap brand on the shelves with industry heavyweights.

Plant to Skin Australia had a product and a name. No brand guidelines, no packaging, no retail presence. To earn shelf space alongside the world's biggest personal care brands at Walmart, Rite Aid, and Meijer, the brand needed an identity that could stop a buyer mid-aisle and a sustainability message that felt genuine rather than performative. The window to make an impression in retail is measured in seconds.

The Results

Brand identity, bold packaging design, product photography, and marketing tools built to secure national retail placement.

Build a brand bold enough to compete on any shelf.

Starting from a single product sample, we built the Plant to Skin Australia brand from the ground up. A simple name, bold packaging design, and a direct sustainability message, "Fxck Plastic," gave the men's soap bar a distinct identity that appealed to sustainability-conscious consumers without alienating the everyday buyer who simply wants a product that works and smells good.

The packaging was designed to compete visually with category leaders and communicate brand values at a glance. The result was national retail placement with Walmart, Rite Aid, Meijer, and SpartanNash, and a nation-wide distribution footprint built from nothing but a product sample and a clear point of view.
