Code switching is fluency in every audience's language, from the shop floor to the boardroom. It's in our name because it's in our blood.
Montgomery Code is named after my grandmother, Dolores Montgomery. Her ability to code switch and react quickly to shifting environments was key to her survival as a black woman in 1960s rural Michigan. Her motivation and social intuition shaped me, carrying me through an early career spent in engineering and product management by day while promoting and performing with gospel and salsa bands at night.
Converging those two worlds taught me that every audience has its own language, and that trust is earned by speaking it fluently. So I created Montgomery Code to be the only marketing agency that truly understands your unique process, speaks your language, and communicates your extraordinary value to a targeted audience.
