Website, interactive home configuration experience, and model brochures built to drive pre-sales and realtor relationships from renderings alone.

Selling homes before they exist takes conviction and craft. We embedded as Lakewood Trails' marketing team, building the content and campaigns that made the development real to buyers.

  • Continual pre-sale reservations

Homes reserved before breaking ground through website and brochure launch.

  • Realtor and investor relationships cultivated

Built on a cohesive digital presence and professional print collateral.

  • 45 home configurations, one simple experience

Five models, three trim packages, and three color schemes navigated intuitively.

The Challenge

Launching a real estate development before a single home was built.

Launch a real estate development before it breaks ground.

Lakewood Trails had a logo, a few model renderings, and a vision for a community of forever homes. No finished product, no model units, no physical presence to walk buyers through. To drive pre-sales and build relationships with realtors and investors, the development needed a marketing presence capable of making prospective buyers feel confident committing to a home they couldn't yet walk through. With five home models, three trim packages, and three color schemes, the experience also had to make navigating 45 possible configurations feel simple rather than overwhelming.

The Results

Website, interactive home configuration experience, and model brochures built to drive pre-sales and realtor relationships from renderings alone.

Transform renderings into a pre-sale engine.

We built a cohesive, intuitive website that gave prospective home buyers and realtors a clear, elegant way to explore every configuration Lakewood Trails offered. Each of the 45 combinations was presented in a structure that made comparison and decision-making straightforward, not paralyzing.

An elegant brochure for each home model gave realtors a professional leave-behind that extended the experience beyond the screen. Together, the website and print suite gave Lakewood Trails the business development tools to cultivate meaningful relationships with investors and realtors, and drive continual pre-sale reservations before a single home was built.
