Position a rising CX platform for rapid scale and an aggressive acquisition strategy.

Crescendo, the first Augmented AI customer-experience platform, needed to secure category leadership quickly. With ambitious growth targets and a $500 million valuation following its Series C investment, the company required a marketing strategy as agile and innovative as its AI-plus-human product. The plan had to resonate with prospective CX leaders, investors, and potential acquisition targets.

APPROACH

Transform loose ICPs into a cohesive and scalable marketing strategy.

We turned Crescendo’s loose ICPs (ideal customer profiles) into a cohesive, scalable marketing engine. Our team produced product literature, demo videos, case studies, and sales collateral, all supported by a targeted paid media program and a conversion-focused website. To build credibility, we interviewed customers at Dr Martens, Rachio, Lovepop, EVPassport, and many other innovative companies, then wove their success stories into high-performing campaigns across media and outbound channels.
