Position a rising CX platform for rapid scaling and high-velocity customer acquisition.

Crescendo, delivering the world’s first fully integrated blend of AI and human expertise for customer experience, needed to cement category leadership quickly. With ambitious growth targets, the team required a marketing engine as agile as the product, one that would resonate with both CX leaders and investors.

APPROACH

Turn loose ICPs into a cohesive, scalable go-to-market system.

We built product literature, demo videos, case studies, and sales collateral, led targeted paid media, and built a conversion-focused website. To build credibility, we interviewed Crescendo customers including Dr. Martens, Rachio, Lovepop, EVPassport, Cuyana, and IDEO, then wove their success stories into campaigns across paid and outbound channels.

In our role as Crescendo’s embedded content marketing partner, we shipped fast, kept the story human, and highlighted product truths: go-live in days, outcome-based pricing, and near-zero abandonment, all driving measurable brand elevation through better customer experiences. While Crescendo grows its internal team, we remain a close partner, training its team on the systems we built and focusing on specialized projects.
